I excel in organization, and utilization of my workspace in an independent lab setting.
My career as a phlebotomist I have learned to empathize with my patients, I treat each patient individually making them the center of attention. Pediatric draw are treated with respect walked thru the steps of obtaining the blood specimen, explaining "crying is allowed, however they to concentrate on sitting still."
The patient is the utmost of importance. My goals are to one day become a Lead Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant that also works in the laboratory processing CLIA waived test and processing all specimens.
