Abington Memorial Hospital, Safety Companion (1:1)/Certified Nursing Assistant 12/2009 to 04/2013 I sat 1:1 with Dementia/Alzheimer patients, Falls-Risk patients, medical/surgical patients, and patients who has mental/ psychological needs throughout the entire hospital. Helping them through observation from preventing harm to themselves and others. I took/recorded patients Blood sugars, Outputs and Inputs. Assisted with ADLs, turning, repositioning, walking, and toileting needs.
