Jessica Magri

My name is Jessica Magri and I am a graduating senior at Smith College.  I will be receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences near the end of May 2017 and I am currently applying for positions that are looking for research/laboratory technicians.  Within my major, I have specialized in genetics and molecular biology and I prefer to work in labs that are working with human diseases and disease genetics.  You can contact me at jmagri@smith.edu or my phone number (on my resume) if interested.

I have sufficient experience with molecular biology techniques such as nucleic acid isolation and purification, various PCR techniques, and gel electrophoresis.  I also have knowledge and experience with sequencing techniques like Sanger sequencing and RNA-seq.  Lastly, I have worked with bioinformatics and statistical software before as well, specifically with Python, R, and Minitab.
