Provided spiritual care and support to a diverse population including, Acute Psychiatric Unit , Women’s Clinic, Same Day Surgery, Emergency Room, Center for Treatment of Addict Disorders (CTAD), Veterans in the domiciliary, Palliative Care/ Hospice, family members and staff including providing spiritual resources

·Conducted approximately 4 spiritual assessments per week and develop
spiritual care plans
·Facilitated weekly spirituality groups and monthly worship services on
the locked units in behavioral health
·Participated in monthly on-call rotation providing worship services
·Participated in weekly Interdisciplinary Meetings, and Health Care
Management Team meetings
·Completed Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention Seminar
·Completed the Associated Health Education Program in Geriatrics and
presented a case study to a group of medical clinicians of various
disciplines.
·Collaborated with VA Chief of Chaplains, Association for Clinical
Pastoral Education (ACPE) Supervisors, SES, Clinical Mentor and other
Resident Chaplains daily
Communicated regularly with VA medical staff and administration
·Mentored Chaplains in the extended CPE program and assisted with
orientation to the CPE intensive summer Chaplains
·Demonstrated competence using the Clinical Patient Records System (CPRS)
·Successfully completed 3 units at level I and 4 units at Level 2
