My first experience with hospital pharmacy was at 14-years old when I had volunteered in a hospital pharmacy one summer.  Meeting and learning from pharmacists and pharmacy technicians there is what sparked my pursuit to become a pharmacist.

My goals in applying for this position are: to become a hospital staff pharmacist, to attain an administrative position, to service myself to the community, to provide patient care, and to become a well-rounded pharmacist.

My objective is to learn as much as I can from my colleagues and mentors.  I strive to develop my clinical and managerial skills.  Furthermore, I look forward to meeting professionals and opportunities that will allow me to use what I know, to learn more, grow more, in order to provide the highest quality of patient care.

I am diligent, determined, and eager to learn.  I yearn to accept greater responsibilities in order to grow as a professional.
