I bring a transformational style leadership from a wide variety of experiences. I was the Executive Director for a group of Assisted Living homes, and supervisor for 2 different 22 person counter terrorism medical response teams. I supervised logistical divisions that covered several countries and dozens of states. Each time my teams transformed the organizations from average to world class. I am the person other senior leaders turn to when the job must be done right the first time.

This is what I bring to an organization:

1. Leadership roles in healthcare, operations and logistics
2. Experience coaching and developing leaders at all organization levels
3. Result oriented, process driven experienced leader that delivers enduring results
4. Executive training, enterprise value stream mapping, leadership development and process improvement event training
5. An active secret clearance

Currently, I am the Sr. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt responsible for instituting cultural process improvement change across the US Army Reserve Command. I train senior leaders. I certify all projects, identify and select relevant multi functional projects across the enterprise, coach, train, and mentor Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts for the US Army Reserve Command.

It would be an honor to join your team. I appreciate your consideration and look forward to an interview to discuss this opportunity.

Sincerely,

Brenton L. Briggs
