Summary

Duties

Greet and assist with intake of community members with appointments presenting for the COVID-19 vaccine to include temperature checks and provision of hand sanitizer.
Gather pertinent information around the scheduled appointment and guide community member to the appropriate team member for registration.
Process community member registrations utilizing online tools (VAMS or third-party help desk portal) and as such much be proficient with computer use and have basic MS Excel skills to work with spreadsheets.
Explain the vaccination process to each community member.
Escort community members to each of the stations as they navigate the process.
Schedule the community member for the second vaccination.
Creates a professional, stream-lined vaccination experience for each community member by championing the process and providing service and experience indicative of the high standards of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.

Requirements
