SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY - Job Summary (general statement of purpose or objective of position)
Provides leadership to employees to meet department standards, implements continuous improvement objectives, assures proper use of resources and meets customer expectations. Leads daily operation of the cafeteria, patient service/trayline, production, catering, Doctors' Dining Room, Breezes/Atrium Cafe, dishroom/sanitation and diet office areas.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Knowledge, skills, abilities, license, registration, certification, education, and experience
High School diploma, GED, or Equivalent. Experience preferred.
