JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Description
Join UCLA West Valley Medical Center’s Nutrition team as a Sr. Storekeeper, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of food and supplies.
- Receive, store, and rotate food and supplies using FIFO procedures while maintaining proper labeling and storage conditions.
- Inspect incoming supplies for quality, report shortages, and distribute requisitioned items to appropriate units.
- Monitor equipment temperatures, follow food safety protocols, and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory management, support department operations, and collaborate professionally with team members.
