Overview

The Senior Strategic and Business Development Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the strategy team at Beebe Healthcare. This role will be responsible for driving the execution and tracking of the organization’s strategic initiatives, providing analytical support, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with Beebe’s long-term goals. The Analyst will also be instrumental in producing strategic communications, including a quarterly strategy newsletter, and leading market and industry research efforts. This position is vital in ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of Beebe’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning Support
    • Assist the Director in developing, refining, and implementing strategic plans.
    • Provide analytical support to the strategy goal teams, helping to align initiatives with organizational priorities.
    • Facilitate the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic metrics.

    Market and Industry Research

    • Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on research findings to inform strategic decisions.
    • Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights to support business development initiatives.

    Goal and Progress Tracking

    • Develop and maintain dashboards to track the progress of strategic initiatives and goals.
    • Coordinate with the decision support team to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
    • Support executives in presenting progress updates to Beebe’s leadership and other stakeholders.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback on strategic initiatives.
    • Manage communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

    Strategic Communications

    • Produce a quarterly strategy newsletter to communicate progress, successes, and upcoming initiatives.
    • Develop content for internal and external communication related to strategic initiatives.
    • Support the Director in preparing presentations and reports for executive leadership.

    Meeting Coordination and Follow-Up:

    • Organize and coordinate meetings related to strategic planning and business development.
    • Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for strategic meetings.
    • Ensure follow-up on action items and decisions made during meetings.

    Strategic Project Management:

    • Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects effectively.
    • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and outcomes.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within strategic planning and business development functions.
    • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance strategic planning processes.
    • Support the Director in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in producing strategic reports and presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver results on time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulatory environment is a plus.
