Under the general direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Medicine and the Manager Occupational Therapy, the Senior Staff Occupational Therapist serves as a clinical role model for staff occupational therapists through the delivery of high quality Occupational Therapy services. The Senior Staff Therapist is responsible for assuring timely, competent delivery of care to Occupational Therapy patients who may range in age from infancy through late adulthood. This position reports to the Manager Occupational Therapy.
Experience: Two+ years Occupational Therapy experience required.
Education & Training: BS, MS, or Certification in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
License, Certification & Registration: Licensure as an Occupational Therapist from the PA State Board of Professional Occupational Affairs or licensure eligibility.
Other Requirements: Strong communication skills, organizational skills and clinical skills.
