Overview

Novant Health is seeking a marketing specialist to be responsible for contributing to the development of strategic marketing plans, creating innovative consumer programs and leading tactical execution that support marketing priorities. Key responsibilities include: • Work across multiple functions to coordinate the execution of marketing tactics and programs, seek input and support from team members to execute with excellence across all initiatives • Utilize data to understand performance of marketing activities and to drive ongoing optimization with data-driven decision making • Work with internal and external agencies to oversee copywriting, design, layout, and production of promotional materials – print, online and video #JoinTeamAubergine #NovantHealth. Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Four to five years of relevant work experience (three years with MBA).
  • Additional skills required: Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively. Demonstrated leadership ability. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Business analytical skills.
