Responsibilities
Join this growing team! Our award winning Jefferson Urgent Care is currently hiring for a per diem Registered Nurse with prior experience in Urgent Care or the Emergency Room.
Interested candidates will be assigned to a Center City primary location, but prepared to float to all 6 of our Urgent Care locations if needed - Urgent Cares are located in Center City - Philadelphia, Northeast Philadelphia, Bucks County, and Montgomery County.
Qualified applicants will have:
- 2 years of Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience
- BSN from an Accredited Nursing School
- current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
Urgent Care hours of operation are 8:30a-8:30p. Position is Per Diem hours. Weekend and holiday rotation are required.
Conditions of Employment
Since this position will require the selected candidate to engage in regular contact with children in the form of care, guidance, supervision or training, you will be required to meet the requirements of the Child Protective Services Act, including the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI finger print based federal criminal records check. The selected candidate will not be allowed to commence working until all three (3) are completed satisfactorily.
