Responsibilities/Tasks

 

Under general supervision, the Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of analytical, operational, project management and reporting tasks to facilitate and enhance the effective performance of the revenue cycle process. This position participates and supports revenue cycle leadership and staff with analyzing, redesigning and implementing process improvements and new programs. Specific areas of focus are accounts receivables, productivity, budgeting and key performance indicators. The position will use data from multiple sources and will be responsible for developing and maintaining multiple operational reports.

What You Need to Be Successful:

A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University and a minimum of three years relevant experience is required. Knowledge and experience with healthcare revenue cycle process is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft applications particularly Excel, Access, Power Point and Visio is required as is the ability to interpret and explain data and trends to others.
