QualificationsThe following are required:
Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills in order to establish effective working relations with all levels of university staff, faculty, private/federal agencies
Demonstrate exceptional people skills especially in working with the older patients
Writing and editing skills to complete lay language and technical documents and correspondence by given deadlines.
Proficient knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the internet.
Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Ability to organize and perform a variety of tasks that need to be carried out simultaneously with frequent interruptions.Preferred
Strong background in the medical field, preference for knowledge of low vision related conditions.
Knowledge of UCLA’s hospital information system and CareConnect
