Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Mental Health Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Lake Correctional Institution located in Clermont, Florida.

Available Shift

6am-6:30pm, rotating weekends

Responsibilities

The RN Supervisor will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing to provide supervision of nursing and support staff. The RN Supervisor is also responsible for working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license or ability to obtain license
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of two years of experience as an RN required
• Current CPR certification and tuberculosis documentation
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
