We are currently seeking full-time Registered Nurses to join our team at multiple locations in Tennessee:

  • Women's Therapeutic Residential Center located in Henning, Tennessee.
  • Bledsoe County Correctional Complexlocated in Pikeville, Tennessee.
  • Riverbend Maximum Security Institutelocated in Nashville, Tennessee.
  • West Tennessee State Penitentiarylocated in Henning, Tennessee.
  • Northwest Correctional Complexlocated in Tiptonville, Tennessee.
  • Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center (formerly Tennessee Prison for Women) located in Nashville, Tennessee.
  • Morgan County Correctional Complex located in Wartburg, Tennessee.
  • Mark Luttrell Transition Center located in Memphis, Tennessee.
  • Northeast Correctional Complexlocated in Mountain City, Tennessee.




The RN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Registered Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient.

  • Tennessee RN license or ability to obtain license
  • Current CPR
  • Corrections experience not required
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
