Frye Regional Medical Center
- Responsible for the timely and effective recruiting of qualified Registered Nurses and other healthcare employees as requested.
- Be fully knowledgeable of business issues of assigned areas.
- Regularly monitors and reports recruitment statistics/ trends.
- Provide consultation on employee relations issues to directors and employees.
- Ensures accurate data is entered and maintained in Lawson for each employee in assigned areas.
- General Human Resources Department Responsibilities
- Participates in other special projects related to HR initiatives.
- Adherence to all core measure initiatives, patient safety goals, and NQF Safe Practices
Associate’s degree required
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Requires critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Three years of administrative experience in a high-volume setting; HR experience highly preferred.
