We are hiring for a Program Manager to join our corporate team working from their home-based office. The Program Manager will help ensure clients receive exceptional service while supporting Matrix employees at multiple client facilities. In this role, you will foster relationships and implement service strategies to increase business while providing a positive experience for clients and Matrix staff.

This individual will need to interact daily with the customer, the team, and fellow employees to ensure everyone is working together cohesively to meet deadlines and accomplish tasks as outlined within the terms of the contract. The Program Manager will engage client and field staff to demonstrate our core capabilities and present our emerging developments to help “brand” our company culture to secure new efforts.What do we look for?Associates degree or equivalent military experience required.

  • 2 years of proven experience in a leadership role is required, 3 years in a customer-facing position.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the customer and field staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound, unbiased judgment calls.
  • Innovative and creative thinking ability to ensure Matrix is providing cutting-edge client experience.
  • rior knowledge in Government contracting and/or military is a plus
  • Capable of reprioritizing efforts to meet dynamic workload and flexibility to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with all employee levels in the company.
  • Must have a positive, can-do mentality.

What will you do?

  • Interact with clients regularly to build and maintain relationships while ensuring their needs are met. Provide administrative, technical, and logistical support to designated Program Manager (PM).
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with all Matrix staff at client facilities to ensure an increase in employee satisfaction and a continued decrease in attrition.
  • Coach and support the development of Matrix staff, effectively communicate opportunities to client and Matrix leadership.
  • Resolve complex problems with client and Matrix staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide clear and direct communication to customers.
  • Learn JAMIS and Paycom and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the system in order to properly support the PM and the workforce.
  • Manage field staff to pre-designated KPIs.
  • Maintain compliance with contract policies and procedures.
  • Participate and attend site visits as requested.Document, propose and implement business process improvements
