About the job:

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Practice Manager oversees the day-to-day operations in the practice site, assures that medical equipment and other physical properties are maintained and are in good operational condition. Effectively plans and directs practice operations by coordinating business office and clinical activities to achieve high quality patient care and satisfaction, maximum expense control and productivity of staff and physicians.

Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Education: Graduate of an accredited college/ university, Bachelors preferred; in lieu of formal education, a high school graduate with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience as a medical practice manager.
• Experience: 3 years of supervisory experience required
