We're seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our team and play a pivotal role in guiding individuals toward restored health and vitality. With a focus on excellence, you'll evaluate patients, craft tailored treatment plans and lead our clinical team to deliver top-notch care.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a supportive and compassionate care experience.
- Lead our clinical team with confidence, coordinating care and promoting collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in community education initiatives to raise awareness and promote wellness in partnership with hospital education programs.
- Deliver efficient and effective patient care in a 1:1 setting, utilizing your expertise to guide individuals toward recovery.
- Ensure accurate billing and thorough documentation practices, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement; master's degree or doctorate preferred.
Competencies Skills
Essential:
- Demonstrate clear communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.
Credentials
- Essential credentials include PT (Physical Therapist) certification and BLS (Basic Life Saving certification).
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in related field is essential for education.
