What You Need to Be Successful:
Under regular supervision of the PI Director and Manager, this part-time position provides administrative, analytical and process related support in the Performance Improvement & Project Management Department by collecting and analyzing data, documenting process flows, preparing and assisting in presentations, assisting in performance improvement and associated transformation projects, observing and ensuring standard work. The position is designed for students nearing or having recently completed a STEM related academic program.
Completion of college level coursework equivalent to an Associate’s degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Requires two years of administrative experience including one year involving data analysis.
