POSITION SUMMARY

The Oracle Fusion Cloud Analyst I will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Oracle Cloud system aligns with Mount Nittany Health’s business goals, and will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing changes, conducting system configuration, and performing testing. This position requires an individual who can translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring that the Oracle Cloud environment is running efficiently and effectively. This position will align with one of three core modules in use within the Mount Nittany Health Oracle Fusion Cloud instance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the area of assignment (Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Human Capital Management) or equivalent experience.

Experience:

One year experience in the area(s) of assignment (Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Human Capital Management), which has provided the applicant with significant exposure to and knowledge of relevant operating policies and procedures, processes and interdependencies.
Previous experience with computers, relevant applications, networks and client/server systems is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen well to others is required.
Organizational and motivational skills, including the proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and positively motivate non-subordinate personnel to achieve desired actions and outcomes is required.
Effective teaching skills are required.
Interest in, and enthusiasm for technology and its potential for improving inter- and intra-departmental efficiency and effectiveness is a must.

License/Certification/Registration:

None required.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

Receives guidance from Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator. Receives general supervision from the Manager, IT Services.
