Job Description:

  1. Ensure smooth functioning of hospital switchboard communications
  2. Answer and route correctly all incoming and outgoing phone calls
  3. Assist patients, take messages and log calls for physicians, staff and others
  4. Monitor and respond to alarm panels
  5. Respond to codes promptly and appropriately
  6. Contact appropriate personnel in emergency situations

Job Requirements

Computer skills required

High School diploma or GED preferred.

1 year customer service experience preferred
