Job Description

Clark Memorial Hospital

Ensures the safety and security of the Hospital’s properties, employees, and guest; responds to emergency situations; performs patrol of assigned areas; escorts employees and guest; maintains records and reports; contributes to the efficient operation of the department and hospital. Highly sensitive to the customer service needs of all patients, guests, and employees.

Job Requirements

Education:  High School diploma or equivalent

Required Experience: 1-year security experience with emphasis on public relations/customer service preferred.

Licensure: Drivers license with good driving record

Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills with emphasis on written reports and crisis intervention

Equipment: Telephone, camera surveillance system, automated guard tour system, scanners, two-way radios, intercoms, and fire alarm system.
