Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Radiology Manager, performs diagnostic MRI exams/procedures, assuring all MRI safety guidelines are adhered to as recommended by the American College of Radiology. May provide patient care to patients ranging in age from infancy to late adulthood.

Qualifications

Casual 4 Hours/Week, Days

Education & Training: 

  • Graduate of an accredited MRI school required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: One to two years’ experience as MRI Technologist preferred.

License, Certification & Registration: 

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Must be MRI board eligible; board certification required within 6 months of hire.

Other Requirements: Excellent communication and team oriented skills required.
