Responsibilities

 

The Laboratory Instructor position is within the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the Jefferson College of Pharmacy within the pharmaceutics laboratory. The position would require availability to work most of the day on Wednesdays during the fall semester. The job will encompass setting up the laboratory, overseeing the needs of students during the class, ensuring the availability of the supplies for lab exercises for the students and removing equipment and materials from laboratory benches at the conclusion of the class.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science or related area required, students enrolled in MS program are encouraged to apply.

Experience in the science laboratory (any wet bench science) – either as part of science course or as graduate research. No knowledge of pharmaceutics is required.
