Major/Essential Functions
- Diagnose and treat heart disease using minimally invasive procedures.
- Provide patient care in the outpatient setting.
- Participate on the inpatient call rotation.
Occasional Duties
- Outreach to regional primary care physicians and cardiologists.
- Participate in monthly outreach clinics.
- Internal Medicine in-patient service.
- Prison clinics. (Telemedicine).
Required Qualifications
- MD, DO or MBBS.
- Completion of an Internal Medicine Residency.
- Completion of a Cardiology Fellowship.
- Completion of, or in the process of completing, an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship.
- Ability to obtain a Texas Medical License.
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship in 2026.
Board Certification in Cardiology.
Active Texas Medical License.
