Join a dynamic Human Resources Team working as an Human Resources Administrator.  You'll be an innovative and creative thinker who likes to roll up their sleeves and problem solve. Ability to partner with stakeholders, influence decisions and frequently pivot required. This is an excellent entry level position for an HR professional to work out of a home-based office during business operating hours.

What we’re looking for:

  • Associate’s degree preferred with approximately 1-2 years of experience in office management/HR.
  • Technically savvy and up to date with the use of current Microsoft Office tools, with a primary focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Proactive team player
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
  • Ability to work well with various groups and individuals across the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What will you do?

  • Provides key support for the HR function/department such as, but not limited to, leave of absence processing, communications and report running.
  • Responsible to use e-verify to process all I9s (remotely)
  • Assist with open enrollment windows and new hire benefit enrollments when needed.
  • Process all employment verifications and unemployment claims while representing the company at any hearings.
  • Answering all inquires to the HR voicemail and transferring situations to others when needed.
  • Reset user names/passwords in the HRIS system (paycom)
  • Enter new employees in HRIS accurately and precisely
  • Manage general HR inbox by answering basic questions from employees and corporate staff, filing appropriately and transferring to appropriate HR team member for response.
  • Support HR team projects
Key Skills:
