Job Description

Western Plains Medical Complex

Manages Department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives for Human Resource operations under the guidance of the CEO and Division HR Director. Takes a pro-active approach to identify market trends related to employment, compensation, etc. to assure on-going competitiveness for qualified candidates. Responsible for coordinating recruitment functions, including identifying recruitment markets and strategies, recommending appropriate advertising, facilitating the hiring process from applicant screening and referral to processing/orientation for assigned areas of responsibility.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree preferred or required within two years of employment.
  • At least five years of human resources experience preferred.
