This position serves as a support for Human Resources and is responsible for personnel communication, data entry related to the essential functions of the department and duties of the position, assists in application and file safeguarding, utilizes department machinery, i.e.: photo ID system, photocopier, FAX, printer, and especially computer and scanner in the conversion from a paper based system to a computer based system.
