Description

Are you passionate about upholding integrity and fostering a culture of ethical behavior? As a Compliance Investigator, you’ll play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization by conducting in-depth investigations into potential compliance issues and ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations and UCLA Health policies. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with diverse departments, making a tangible impact on our commitment to compliance and ethical standards. Primary duties include:

  • Lead comprehensive investigations of reported compliance issues, such as fraud, waste, and abuse, with a focus on protecting the integrity of UCLA Health.
  • Gather and analyze data, documentation, and evidence to support investigative findings.
  • Conduct interviews with employees, patients, and external entities.
  • Develop detailed investigative reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and track their effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on compliance matters and promoting awareness of our policies.
  • Assist in developing and delivering compliance training to employees.
  • Monitors and analyzes casework trends and provide strategic recommendations.

The full annual salary range for this position is $112,900.00 – $256,900.00/year. Please note – the department’s target pay range: $115,000 – $160,000/year.
