JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Description
The Fellowship Coordinator oversees all aspects of nine fellowship programs, including the Interventional Radiology-Integrated Residency Program and three programs accredited by the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of these programs, serving as a key liaison between attending physicians, fellows, and institutional/regulatory offices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the recruitment and selection of fellows
- Managing HR processes, such as requesting medical staff and billing privileges
- Assisting with budget management for 30-32 fellows and the residency program
This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure the smooth running of the fellowship programs.
Salary: $32.76 – $49.65 hourly
