Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.
Min = $86,763.34
Mid = $108,454.18
Max = $130,145.01

Summary:

The ERP Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to support end-users of the organization’s ERP system. This role focuses on enhancing user proficiency across various ERP modules (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR), ensuring users have the skills needed to maximize the ERP system’s capabilities. The ERP Trainer will collaborate with functional teams, IT, and business leaders to create training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support to help end-users effectively utilize the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

Training Program Development: Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, video tutorials, and quick reference guides, to support ERP system functionality. Tailor training programs to meet the needs of different user groups, roles, and skill levels within the organization.

User Training & Workshops: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for ERP users across multiple departments, including finance, supply chain, and HR. Lead workshops and hands-on training sessions focused on specific ERP modules and workflows to improve user understanding and proficiency.

Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and manage a comprehensive repository of ERP training materials, keeping documentation up to date with system upgrades, new features, and best practices. Develop FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and other resources to support end-users in resolving common issues independently.

Ongoing User Support: Provide one-on-one coaching and support for users as needed, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and reinforcing best practices. Assist users in adapting to ERP changes following system upgrades, new module implementations, or process modifications.

Training Needs Assessment: Assess user training needs by conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and skill assessments to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement. Work with department heads and ERP project managers to prioritize training based on project timelines, user feedback, and business requirements.

Collaboration with ERP & IT Teams: Collaborate with ERP analysts, IT, and functional teams to stay updated on system functionality, process changes, and new features. Participate in ERP project planning to ensure training aligns with project milestones and system deployment schedules.

Education:
Essential:
* ASSOCIATE'S DEGREE

Other information:

Associates Degree required,

PREFERRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in a specific ERP system (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle) or in Training and Development.

Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, or e-learning tools.

Familiarity with ERP workflows and processes in finance, supply chain, HR, or similar fields.

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.

 

Knowledge of user assessment methods, such as surveys and feedback analysis, to tailor training to user needs.
