Description

 

The Technical Service Delivery Versatilist will provide support for various networked components, workstations, and printers.  The incumbent is responsible for the implementation and support of a 24 x 7 environment for networked equipment, workstations, printers, and related software. 

The Versatilist’s role functions also include, but are not limited to build, installation, performance monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting and maintenance.  They will also participate in the rotational after-hours 24×7 on-call support and perform other assigned tasks as needed by departmental requirements.

Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $102,500  $227,700 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between the minimum and $125,000 annually. 

This role will support clinics in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and other Northern regions.
