Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
Develops and administers benefits policies and programs and provides daily oversight of and leads ongoing development and improvement of a program area or service.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the development, implementation and evaluation of assigned benefits program and initiatives. Supports the strategic direction and oversees project execution for those benefits programs.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to address benefits program development and process improvement initiatives, focusing on strategies and efforts to enhance program and services provided.
- Identifies opportunities to build broad awareness of benefits program, procedures, and practices.
- Evaluates and reports on customer service, performance, and other applicable data relevant to benefits programs.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Primary responsibilities: Education Assistance
- Act as a point of contact for employee escalations, eligibility and vendor management.
- In conjunction with applicable service lines, coordinate applied learning requirements for identified clinical pathways.
- Ensure timely school invoice processing to academic providers and reimbursements to Payroll.
- Maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics to be shared with key stakeholders.
- Conduct quarterly audits for employee compliance with education program.
- Build presentations for quarterly executive steer and operations committee meetings.
- Act as a point of contact for promotional communications to employees.
- Monitor in-process candidate flow for potential role placement with coordination across divisions and sites.
- Explore program enhancements to attract and retain UCHealth talent
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
