$15,000 sign on for eligible hires
Echo Sonographer - M-F 0730-1600

Position will train at other Mount Carmel locations until Dublin Hospital is completed.About Mount Carmel Dublin:

Mount Carmel Dublin will be an innovative medical ambulatory campus directly tailored to the needs of the Dublin community and surrounding suburbs.   Services provided:

  • 24-bay emergency department
  • 60 acute inpatient beds
  • 4 operating rooms
  • Level 1 cardiac capability
  • Advanced imaging, and other outpatient testing
  • Attached MOB

 

The attached medical office building will provide a community education space in addition to clinic space for:

  • Primary Care
  • Neurology
  • Cardiology
  • Vascular
  • Other independent specialists

 

Mount Carmel plans to extend its community health and well-being programs into the Dublin community as well.

This position will be hired to staff Mount Carmel Dublin. While construction is underway, the majority of training will take place at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s located at 500 S Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH 43081. We are expecting Mount Carmel Dublin to open Spring of 2025.

About the job:

 

The Cardiovascular Sonographer is responsible for performing Echocardiography and/or Vascular diagnostic testing as per Accreditation Guidelines. Reports preliminary findings for physician interpretation, Functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization.

 

   

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Registered by the ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) as a RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or Registered by CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) as a RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist)
  • BLS certification required
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in cardiovascular imaging preferred
