Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of the Pharmaceutical Services department to include clinical, business, financial, and personnel; create and maintain financial/procedural budget; recruitment & retention of staff; responsible for employee & patient satisfaction; ensure compliance with regulatory agencies to include Joint Commission, OSHA, Dept of Health, State Board of Pharmacy, etc.;

Other information:
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy or equivalent. Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Arkansas. In good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy. Education and experience may vary according to combined background of individual. Minimum of three years experience in hospital pharmacy management is required. Unit dose, IV admixture, and computer skills preferred

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
