Venice Family Clinic is a leader in providing comprehensive, high-quality health care to people in need regardless of their income, insurance or immigration status. Venice Family Clinic is seeking applications for an experienced and dynamic Director of Development to join its leadership team. The Director of Development, Individual and Corporate, will be responsible for the success of the development activities grouped under the umbrella of Individual Philanthropy and Corporate Relations with revenue goals in excess of $6 million. This leadership role will report to our Chief Development Officer and supervise a team of four (4) development officers. The Director will oversee programs including individual major and planned gifts, corporate giving, employee resource groups, corporate matching gifts, and associated corporate partnership opportunities. The Director will develop an integrated effort to increase private revenue by building the current support base, engaging new donors, and increasing unrestricted revenue from individual and corporate philanthropy. Additional responsibilities include management, strategic planning, and analysis, as well as donor and volunteer development.
Note this position has a fixed hybrid schedule that requires the person to initially work fully on-site for the first 3-months; afterwards it will require on-site work 2-days per week.

The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. The full salary range for this position is $92,600.00 – $202,200.00 Annual.
