Description
Take on a key leadership role within a renowned health organization. Help drive clinical excellence and innovation across a growing health plan. Take your professional expertise to new heights. You can do all this and more at UCLA Health New Century Health Plan.
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer of Medicare Advantage, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, evaluation, and implementation of clinical programs that are vital to our mission. You will:
- Lead and manage multiple clinical programs
- Drive the execution of population health management initiatives
- Ensure alignment of clinical services with cost-effectiveness and quality care
- Build and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Direct and mentor a dedicated team of clinical professionals
Salary Range: $112,900- $256,900/annually
