Core Job Responsibilities

Conducting review, revision, and drafting of contracts for multiple services and goods related to operation of a regional healthcare system
Overseeing and monitoring contract intake and workflows
Communicating promptly with internal clients and external parties
Maintaining physical and electronic contract management systems
Assisting with management of a commercial real estate portfolio
Supporting attorneys in a variety of matters

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a legal, procurement, or other process driven environment with primary responsibilities related to contracting and contract management. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard business applications. Must possess excellent writing and analytical skills as well as interpersonal skills.

A strong candidate will have significant and direct experience with contracting processes and be able to work in a fast-paced office setting without day-to-day supervision. The candidate must be proficient with legal drafting and contracting processes and have strong customer service skills. A successful candidate will also be able to work with internal business units (e.g. Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.) to effectively facilitate the negotiation of contracts across a wide array of operational areas.

Please note that this role does not involve litigation management.
