Description
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Implement interventions tailored to the needs of children and adolescents.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Plan discharge from hospital, including advocating for patients’ rights and coordinating with community resources.
