Maintains and monitors nursing sensitive data on patient quality, safety and satisfaction for the healthcare organization.  The individual will function independently and will use knowledge of reporting tools to develop improved communication throughout the nursing department, to provide meaningful data in a timely fashion.  Works collaboratively with the Chief Nursing Executive, Corporate Director of Clinical Excellence and other key stakeholders/departments to create and promote a culture of shared governance and clinical excellence.


Ability to read and communicate in the English language. Current NJ Registered Nurse License. Master degree required. Minimum 5 years experience required.  National Certification required. Strong understanding of medical terminology and experience working with clinical data required.  Knowledge and ability to apply principles, theories and process to clinical data management Must be detailed oriented, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task on simultaneous project. Must possess a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well and communicate with individuals at all levels throughout the organization with a high degree of professionalism.
