Clinic Director Specialty Clinics will oversee the daily operations of the assigned physician practice clinics.  This position is responsible for ensuring efficient processes throughout the practice to meet with clinics volume and revenue goals.  The position will oversee quality metrics, conduct education and training related to these metrics, and be responsible for meeting quality goals.  Clinic Director will work closely with LCPP Administration, Hospital Administration, clinic managers and hospital directors on a daily basis.  Clinic Director will assist with budget preparation for clinics.  This position will report directly to the Director of Practice Management.

 

 

Job Requirements

Minimum Education:  High school diploma or equivalent.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum Experience:  Two years of physician practice management OR equivalent experience.
