Job Summary:   the Clinical Outcomes Specialist will be responsible for implementing, customizing and maintaining a computer information management to track patient data and outcomes system for various registries and programs with in CMHVI.  Those registries would include but not limited to; Cascade FH Registry, A-Fib Registry, Early Lung Cancer Screening and Meridios Data base. The Clinical Outcomes Specialist will also provide patient education and clinical support to specific patient populations involved in the registries.

Requirements:

 

  • Unencumbered license to practice as a RN in Maine, BS in Nursing preferred.
  • BLS required, ACLS with in 6 months of hire.
  • Certification in Specialty preferred
  • Expertise in cardiovascular health data management.
  • Team player, self-motivated, organized, reliable, and knowledge of cardiovascular disease prevention.

Skills:  Understanding of basic statistics. Excellent computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office products. Ability to collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
