Job Description
Memorial Medical Center
Directs the Nursing Division activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Ensures nursing standards, practices, policies and procedures in accordance with all applicable laws, regulatory and accreditation requirements are consistent with current research findings and national professional standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education: Graduate of a School of Nursing Program. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. MSN or MHA preferred.
Minimum Experience: Must have at least five years experience as a Nursing Director over multiple departments. Prefer experience in an investor-owned healthcare organization.
Licensure: Current NM or compact RN license required.
