Pay: $47.44 - $71.16 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
Develops planning documents, directs design for construction projects and develops conceptual budgets.
Responsibilities:
Supports the planning and design for capital projects including hospitals, clinics, and administrative spaces. Works with internal department leaders to identify objectives and formulate options.
Effectively runs and participates in Clinical User Group meetings and leadership presentations and ensures that designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes and healthcare standards.
Collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers, and Contractors from Concept Design through Construction. Advise the CA team to answer clinically significant questions.
Produce planning documents reflective of the department goals and consistent with UCHealth standards.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred: Experience in hospital setting.
