Become a key member of a world-class health organization!
Under the direct supervision of unit director, you will be responsible for assisting with the clinical management and administrative coordination of the daily operations of Pre Op and PACU. You will apply leadership management and maintain professional standards. You will coordinate with the development of budget and unit goals, identify areas of improvement and implement action plans; supervise and guide the staff in providing quality patient care to ensure patient safety and patient satisfaction; monitor staff performance and provide feedback and participate in evaluation of the staff. The position is a combination of clinical (direct care) and administrative responsibilities. Clinical duties include roles as Charge Nurse and resource person.
Salary range: 59.67-138.60 hourly
