•Experience with program coordination including events setup, scheduling seminars, and ensure proper evaluations
•Experience in credentialing paperwork
•Experience in dossier preparation and submission
•Experience in preparing research materials including IRB applications
•Working knowledge of grants submission process at UCLA
•Knowledge and some experience with NIH’s X-Train program to process students’ stipend
•Some understanding of clinical terminology and clinical practice procedures to effectively schedule students clinical rotations and to ensure proper review of billing sheet submissions
•Prior experience with working with multiple faculty
•Ability to organize and arrange travel itineraries for faculty.
