Description
The Academic Personnel Analyst 3 oversees all academic personnel functions for the Department of Medicine, Dermatology. Key responsibilities include managing academic recruitment, dossier management, employee relations, payroll, and credentialing processes. As the subject matter expert on academic policies, you’ll ensure compliance with UC, UCLA, DGSOM, and department guidelines. This role offers the opportunity to shape academic careers while handling critical HR functions in a dynamic academic environment.
Salary: $6,350 – $13,233.33 monthly
